We are responsible for all blood draws and specimen to guarantee the delivery is done professionally, efficiently and in a timely fashion.

The services provided will have to be paid for prior to lab testing. SPMT will need 48 hours to make sure we receive all information, such as copies of lab referrals and insurance cards, front and back. This will help SPMT complete our services adequately without any errors or cancellation. If patient’s information is not received and in a timely manner, appointments will automatically be canceled.

Billing and testing questions will be answered by your insurance provider or, the laboratory where your blood will be deliver to. laboratories are allowed to decline any lab testing if you have any overdo or outstanding balances. superior phlebotomy mobile technician is not responsible for any unpaid balances,
